- The land for residential plotting should be in a residential area
- In a village without a zonal plan it should be within a distance of at least 500 meters from the village
- In a district without a regional plan, residential permission can be granted everywhere except sloping land
- The plot should be at least 450 square meters if it is adjacent to the highway, otherwise it may be up to 80 square meters.
